I’ve called them a few times with different issues - spark plugs, starter going out, replacement oil pan for a leak - this shop is consistently reliable with great customer service. They have got me in quickly, sooner than expected every time I’ve called. Prices always seem fair as well. I’ll continue calling Santos!

We trust Santos Auto Service to maintain our Audi Q5 (150,000+ miles). Have had great service from them on Acura, Honda, and three or four different Volkswagens. Always reliable and reasonable.

Had steering box replaced and alignment in Florida where I live by national company, after they aligned it three times and still was not right I went to two other major companies in Florida that both gave me estimates to replace different components for over a thousand each and then done alignment. I scheduled service at Santos while in Cincinnati on vacation. They listened to my story and found that by rotating tires, adjusting the newly installed steering box and performing an alignment everything worked as it should! Very grateful for service done right by true mechanics!

Another repair shop quoted me for a huge engine repair that didn’t sound right, so I came here for a second opinion. These guys found a much smaller vacuum leak causing the issue. Saved me a lot of stress and probably a few hundred dollars too.
